Full support for coffee equipment
We provide full support for coffee equipment, including both commercial and domestic/home espresso machinery, grinders, filter/drip machines and anything else caffeine-mechanical! We're a team of two, Andrew and Sam make up Caffeine Fix, with occasional help from Coco and Ollie our matching shih tzu’s.
Andrew has been in the coffee industry for a number of years, having worked with customers big and small, He once serviced a Nespresso espresso machine at George Clooney’s house in Berkshire, UK (and likes to tell anyone who will listen) and over the years has worked with hundreds of independent businesses, from small local cafes to restaurants, mobile coffee vans to cruise ships - every job is different!
Sam has also been in the coffee industry for a long time, as a Barista for Underground Coffee Roasters and more recently Head Barista at Allpress Espresso, Sam is a recent convert from Barista to technician, which allows him to look at things from a different perspective, and also means he knows what a clean machine looks like! Beyond his knowledge, Sam has brought with him excellent customer service, attention to detail and a magnificent ginger beard!
